Growing Wellness Center in Petaluma has offices/practice suites available with up to two months free rent to individuals whose approach incorporates the best in holistic, organic and earth friendly products and practices, and who understand the importance of friendly and courteous service.
Our neighbors include physicians, leading gym, skin care, massage therapists, hair stylistss and commercial offices.
Gas, electric, tenant restroom and washer/dryer amenities are included in rent.
Your clientele are eligible for discounts and complimentary consults with nutrition and skin care specialists.
Our location has easy access from 101 and116 with ample parking.
Suites available: We realize the current economy and many of the struggles individual practitioners are facing. As our desire is to partner and support those who choose to make a home here at the Center, we have reduced the leasing rates for the first year. One and Two year leases are available and terms lock in the reduced rates as follows:
- One wet/dry suite available immediately for $710.00 per month or $530 part time (3 days/wk, 3wks/month, 4days/wk 1 week/month).
- Three (3) suites available immediately for $530.00 per month per suite or $350 part time (3 days/wk, 3wks/month, 4days/wk 1 week/month).
- One suite ready for move in, fully equipped with massage table, beautiful armiore, small lighted fountain, and hot rocks. $620.00 per month or $440.00 part time (3 days/wk, 3wks/month, 4days/wk 1 week/month).
- One month free rent with a 12-month lease. Two months free rent with a 24-month lease.
- A $36.00 marketing and partnership fee per month includes participation in our quarterly Wellness Events, your services, bio and contact on our resource page, and mentionof your specials in our monthly newsletter.
